Dear students,
Are you an incoming exchange student who has been wondering how to make the famous Austrian Apfelstrudel? Or are you a Boku student who is going for an exchange time in another country ?
On the 23rd of May, BOKU-International Relations hosts the annual meeting of current incoming and future outgoing students, called “Apfelstrudel goes international”. The event will be held from 3 to 5 pm in EH05, Exnerhaus at BOKU.
The point of this event is for outgoing students to meet incoming students from the university or country they will go to next semester, and for incoming students to meet Boku students and talk about their life in their home country + learn how to bake Apfelstrudel of course !
The program of the afternoon is the following :
● Bake Apfelstrudel in groups of incoming and outgoings students
● Incomings will briefly present their university to outcomings
● Intercultural activity while the Apfelstrudel bakes
● and of course…EAT the yummy Apfelstrudel
Please bring a small snack for the buffet (bread + toppings, drinks…) for some more fun :)
