INFoS: New version of “Guideline for the claim and exploitation of service inventions and intellectual property (IP)”

This guideline details the processes and regulations for the disclosure of inventions by BOKU employees and for the claim and exploitation of IP by BOKU. The English version of the guideline was adopted at the meeting of the Rectorate on March 12, 2024, and was published in Bulletin No. 13 on March 20, 2024. Additionally, it can be accessed via this link https://boku.ac.at/fos/technologietransfer/formulare-richtlinien where you can also find the form to disclose (potential) inventions to BOKU.
