2nd place for the BOKU Brew Crew

At this year's 11th International Brewing Competition of the brewing community Campusperle at the TUHH Hamburg, after a three-year forced break due to corona, plenty of creative beers were submitted again.
As titel defenders, the BOKU Brew Crew presented this year a Coffee Stout beer, the so called "Melange". This is a synergy of a stout beer with plenty of residual sweetness and finest Arabica Cold Brew coffee from the award-winning coffee roaster Süssmund in Vienna. With this caffeinated beer creation, the BOKU Brew Crew was able to secure 2nd place and build on previous successes.
