The Prometeo “Viejos Sabios” Program is an initiative that seeks to build the research capacities of institutions in the country engaged in science, by establishing linkages with foreign and Ecuadorian researchers residing abroad.  These researchers will facilitate the process of generating and exchanging scientific knowledge that can contribute to Sumak Kawsay[1] or Good Living for all Ecuadorians For further information, please see attachment 1 and attachment 2
