Survey for assessing the status of Food Science & Technology and Food Engineering

In preparation for the coming 31st EFFoST meeting at Sitges, Spain, a survey was prepared for assessing the status of Food Science & Technology (FST) and Food Engineering (FE). Its overall aim is to identify current main professional challenges and opportunities. The outcome of this survey will furnish the basis for a presentation at the convention. The time needed to complete the questionnaire is less than 10 min. The responses are completely anonymous. Please fill the survey even if you don’t plan to participate.
