Up to 25 participants, and no more than 2 participants per university will be accepted. Until the end of February candidates will be informed about their acceptance and will receive further information.

The language of the Staff Week is English.

Expenses:
Participation fee is 100 euro for colleagues coming from partner universities and 150 euro for colleagues from non-partner universities. This fee includes participation in the program, a three day intercultural training offered by an expert in the field, sandwich lunch on the first day and farewell dinner.
The cost of travel, accommodation and meals has to be covered by the participants.
