The conference will be held at Chihuahua University, Mexico from November 18 - 21 2014

The programme has Keynote and Offered paper sessions and will explore the effects of global warming on the agricultural food chain, strategies to mitigate the challenges in order to assure the security of a safe and nutritious food supply by sustainable practices. The sessions will cover:

  • Effects Of Global Warming on Food Security
  • Evaluating Impacts Of Climate Change
  • Adaptation and Mitigation Strategies to a Changing Climate.
  • Homologation Of Academic Programs, International Approach.


The conference is organised by Asociación Mexicana de Educación Agrícola Superior (AMEAS) and promoted by  the Association of Public and Land Grant Universities in the US (APLU), the Association of Canadian Faculties of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine (ACFAVM) and ICA, and held under the auspices of GCHERA.
