Das Programm ist meist über eine Woche und zu bestimmten Themen (Sprachkurs, IT Kurs, Bibliothekarskurs,....). Die Kosten der An-/Abreise, sowie Unterkunft werden von der BOKU (EU Gelder) gedeckt => siehe Erasmus+ Personal Mobilität.

Staff mobility: Creativity in Teaching & Learning using ICT The Digital Classroom at Alcalá de Henares, Spain

This Cervantes training course is designed to help teachers to start using Web 2.0 technologies in everyday classroom in a practical and realistic way. The course content is not limited to teachers of a specific subject, it is open to teachers of all subjects and levels. The aim of the course is to enable participants to use ICT tools through Web 2.0, Social Networking, Blogging and Edmodo from a didactical perspective and enhancing language interdisciplinary inquiry through a Digital Classroom.

Erasmus+ Teaching mobility Apply for your teaching mobility in September now!

Financial support for Erasmus+ Teaching Mobilities is still possible in the current funding period (please note: the mobility has to take place until the end of September). If you have already planned a teaching mobility in September 2018 and if you want to apply for Erasmus+ teaching staff mobility support, please contact Mag. Gudrun Reisinger for further information.

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme academic university staff has the opportunity to visit Erasmus+ partner universities (Programme countries) in order to teach there (holding lectures, laboratory courses, exams,…). The minimum duration of the mobility is 2 days, the maximum duration is 2 weeks (excluding travel days). You are required to teach at least 8 hours per week/stay.

Digitalization of Higher Education Staff training for academic staff, from Sept. 25-28 at Alberta College, University of Economics and Culture, Latvia

Alberta College and University of Economics and Culture invite you to participate in the third Staff Training Week „Digitalization of Higher Education” for academic staff of Higher Education Institutions. Participants will have a general overview of requirements and tendencies of digitalization, digital tools for a modern study process, e-learning basic principles and get introduced with good practice of Alberta College and University of Economics and Culture in digital tools implementation. Staff Training week in Aarhus, Denmark Topic: mobility, motivation and employability at the Aahrus University, from October 1 to 4

The AU Staff Training Week 2018 will take place from 1 to 4 October 2018. This year's theme will be: "Mobility, Motivation and Employability - how to enhance the international student experience before, during and after the mobility".

The AU Staff Training Week is an opportunity to discuss how to motivate students to go abroad and what measures to take to prevent them from cancelling their exchange, e.g. by using behavioural design. How students can use the skills and competences they have gained during their exchange to boost their employability, how to extend a warm welcome to new incoming exchange students will also be addressed. Places: 30-35 participants.

Staff Training Week at Técnico Lisboa Boosting Internationalization in HEIs from Oct. 8-12 at the Instituto Superior Técnico Lisboa, Portugal – application deadline: September 15

This Staff Training Week includes key presentations, guest speakers, workshops for sharing best practices, exhibition of partner universities, World Café Fair, workgroups to increase networking opportunities and to stimulate discussion among participants.

Objectives:

  • Gain insight on the processes and experience in enhancing Higher Education internationalization;

International Staff Week at UNIPG, Italy Internationalization & Management of European Educational Projects at the University of Perugia from Oct. 15-19, application deadline: Sept. 24

The International Staff Week at the Università degli Studi di Perugia will be open to all university employees working in the field of Internationalization and Management of European Educational Projects. Within the Staff Week, Prof. Gregoris A. Makrides from EAEC, the European Association of Erasmus Coordinators, will hold a 3-day course on "Preparation of Proposals and Management of European Education Projects under ERASMUS+".

The International Staff Week programme will also include a networking event, during which the participants can present their home institutions and meet students and Erasmus+ local coordinators, and the annual Welcome Day, an event dedicated to international students who will spend a mobility in Perugia.

1st ERASMUS+ ICM Staff Week International Credit Mobility at the University of Paris 8, from Nov. 5 to 8 – application deadline: Sept. 30

The University of Paris 8 is pleased to announce its first ERASMUS+ International Credit Mobility Staff Week, organized in the Parisian Region from the 5th till the 8th of November 2018. The programme has been designed for colleagues from European universities working in international departments as Erasmus+ mobility coordinators and other staff dealing with the Erasmus+ ICM programme (KA107). It will give the participants the opportunity to discuss the trends and challenges universities are facing, as well as share their knowledge and expertise for all aspects concerning the ICM programme.

The staff week will include both social/networking events and plenaries. The presentations and workshops will revolve around three aspects of the ICM Programme:

  • Management & Implementation
  • Project Proposal Development
  • Valorization & Sustainability

6th International Staff Week at University of South Bohemia in ÿeské Budÿjovice, Czech Republic, from November 26 to 30 - application deadline: September 15

Within this week, the University of South Bohemia welcomes participants from foreign universities, partner or non-partner universities, introduce them in the university and faculties, and exchange experience in workshops. This year's program is focused on the participants in foreign affairs.

The programme includes workshop sessions, networking events and presentations. During the leisure time you can enjoy the Christmas atmosphere of the city and the visit of ÿeský Krumlov (UNESCO site).

International Staff Training Week “Employability” A challenge to Universities and Companies, from Nov. 26-30 at the University of Porto, application deadline: Sept. 28

In a join venture with University of Trás os Montes and Alto Douro (Portugal) and University of Vigo (Spain), the main purpose of this International Staff Training Week at the University of Porto is to widen and strengthen the cooperation with partner institutions, to share different experiences on career & employability services, to facilitate networking and establish new partnerships.

You will have the opportunity to understand how the Employability Services works at U.Porto, UTAD, and U.Vigo, share experiences and practices of career counselling for students and alumni, discuss challenges and trends among employability with some invited speakers and companies; visit some local entrepreneurial areas, companies and some career services and discover the city of Porto.
