The Lithuanian University of Health Sciences (LSMU) has the pleasure to invite to the united Erasmus International Teacher and Staff Week 2019 ‘Intercultural Competences: Importance and Impact’ to be held in the Hansa city of Kaunas, the second largest city in Lithuania from 6 May to 10 May! The AU Staff Training Week 2018 will take place from 1 to 4 October 2018. This year's theme will be: "Mobility, Motivation and Employability - how to enhance the international student experience before, during and after the mobility".

The AU Staff Training Week is an opportunity to discuss how to motivate students to go abroad and what measures to take to prevent them from cancelling their exchange, e.g. by using behavioural design. 1st ERASMUS+ ICM Staff Week International Credit Mobility at the University of Paris 8, from Nov. 5 to 8 – application deadline: Sept. 30

The University of Paris 8 is pleased to announce its first ERASMUS+ International Credit Mobility Staff Week, organized in the Parisian Region from the 5th till the 8th of November 2018. The programme has been designed for colleagues from European universities working in international departments as Erasmus+ mobility coordinators and other staff dealing with the Erasmus+ ICM programme (KA107). It will give the participants the opportunity to discuss the trends and challenges universities are facing, as well as share their knowledge and expertise for all aspects concerning the ICM programme.

The staff week will include both social/networking events and plenaries. The presentations and workshops will revolve around three aspects of the ICM Programme:

  • Management & Implementation
  • Project Proposal Development
  • Valorization & Sustainability

Staff training: Project Innovation Lab at the University Nice Sophia Antipolis, France / from Nov. 5 to 7, application deadline: Oct. 22

The Project Innovation Lab is an opportunity for project consortia to work on project ideas with the support of Erasmus+ funding experts. The programme offers a flexible agenda with theoretical sessions providing essential knowledge for successfully developing, writing and submitting an Erasmus+ project proposal.

Project consortia will have the chance to get individualised support by EUF staff that will support them throughout all three days of the event. Please be aware that this event is for consortia of at least three different partners. To join the event, the submission of a project concept to the EUF team is required beforehand.

The University of Porto announces its INTERNATIONAL WEEK 2018, which will have 4 editions:

The Staff Training Week is open to administrative staff from International Cooperation. 6th International Staff Week at University of South Bohemia in ÿeské Budÿjovice, Czech Republic, from November 26 to 30 - application deadline: September 15

Within this week, the University of South Bohemia welcomes participants from foreign universities, partner or non-partner universities, introduce them in the university and faculties, and exchange experience in workshops. This year's program is focused on the participants in foreign affairs.

The programme includes workshop sessions, networking events and presentations. During the leisure time you can enjoy the Christmas atmosphere of the city and the visit of ÿeský Krumlov (UNESCO site).

International Staff Training Week “Employability” A challenge to Universities and Companies, from Nov. 26-30 at the University of Porto, application deadline: Sept. 28

In a join venture with University of Trás os Montes and Alto Douro (Portugal) and University of Vigo (Spain), the main purpose of this International Staff Training Week at the University of Porto is to widen and strengthen the cooperation with partner institutions, to share different experiences on career & employability services, to facilitate networking and establish new partnerships.

You will have the opportunity to understand how the Employability Services works at U.Porto, UTAD, and U.Vigo, share experiences and practices of career counselling for students and alumni, discuss challenges and trends among employability with some invited speakers and companies; visit some local entrepreneurial areas, companies and some career services and discover the city of Porto.

International Staff Week Hochschule Darmstadt: Applied Science in the City of Science Darmstadt from Dec. 3-7, application deadline: Oct. 30

Staff Training at University of Konstanz - Third Mission - structures and examples for university social responsibility - from Dec. 3 to 6, application deadline: Oct. 1

The University of Konstanz invites colleagues from Erasmus+ partner institutions to discuss and elaborate the dimension of civic engagement (also called "third mission") within European universities. Together with the participants they want to look into different structures and examples for university social responsibility (USR) and focus on this aspect when introducing the University of Konstanz to their visitors.

Up to 20 colleagues from partner institutions who are professionally involved in strategic ideas around "Third Mission", who are in charge of social responsibility projects and public engagement within their institution will be invited and all those who are eager to learn more from each other and willing to share ideas of best practise.
