We would like to inform you about several items which may be of interest to your organisation: EFSA’s scientific publications / EFSA Journal is now available on Wiley Online Library: http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/journal/10.1002/(ISSN)1831-4732 Readers will notice a range of new features which bring the EFSA Journal in line with the very latest industry standards. These range from the provision of full HTML and mobile friendly versions on one hand to practical tools such as exporting citations to reference management systems, social media technology and impact assessment on the other. Please be informed that all content remains open access. The old EFSA Journal website will be kept live for a few more weeks to ensure a smooth transition for users. For those of you who are currently subscribed to the EFSA Journal, you will receive instructions by email in the coming days, about how to remain subscribed on the new platform. For further information, please visit this EFSA webpage or send an email to the EFSA Lead Editor. EFSA’s Strategy 2020, as a corporate document, was published on EFSA’s website. It highlights cooperation as one of five fundamental key values that guide EFSA in its activities. While this has been so since the creation of EFSA, the nature of cooperation is progressively evolving, with Member States increasingly playing a leading role in priority setting and in steering of activities. EFSA’s 2015 Annual Report on Scientific Cooperation and a video reflect how scientific cooperation efforts in 2015 have strengthened collaboration with EFSA’s partners and improved the timely sharing of information, expertise and knowledge with the ultimate goal of protecting the health of European consumers. Indicative information on forthcoming calls for proposals (grants) and calls for tenders (procurement) is regularly updated on EFSA’s website, on this page. Currently open call for proposals (grant): GP/EFSA/AFSCO/2016/01 - "Methodology development in risk assessment”. The deadline for submission of proposals is Thursday, 061016. Please note that the formation of consortia is mandatory in this call. The Article 36 Search Tool can support your search for consortium partner(s) among other eligible Article 36 organisations, which are included on the current Article 36 List. Additionally, you can contact your EFSA national Focal Point for support. Regarding managing and updating your organisation’s data, as one of the Article 36 List competent organisations, you can refer to the Frequently Asked Questions on EFSA’s website: “FAQ on 'Article 36' competent organisations”.
