Sicherheit, Authentizität und Qualität von europäischen Lebensmitteln

Das Projekt "Ensuring the Integrity of the European food chain" mit dem Akronym FoodIntegrity hat eine Ausschreibung zur Projekterweiterung veröffentlicht. FoodIntegrity ist ein unter dem 7. Forschungsrahmenprogramm gefördertes Projekt bei welchem jetzt die Möglichkeit besteht das Konsortium mit neuen Projektpartnern aufzustocken. Es stehen 3 Mio. Euro zu folgenden Themen zur Verfügung: - Topic 1: Standardisation and harmonisation of untargeted food integrity methods - Topic 2: Innovative approaches to assure the integrity of complex foods - Topic 3: A feasibility study of how information can be shared along the supply chain to identify risks to the integrity of food - Topic 4: Rapid, on-site, cost-effective methods for feed/food fraud detection Das Ziel des Projektes ist unter Anwendung von Forschung und technologischer Entwicklung zur Sicherheit, Authentizität und Qualität von europäischen Lebensmitteln beizutragen und um Lebensmittel Imitationen und Fälschungen schneller zu entdecken.
