New approaches in identifying and characterizing microbiological and chemical hazards

The main objective of this call is to support scientific cooperation between eligible scientific organisations with a competence in the development and validation of new approaches in the area of microbiological and chemical hazard assessment. In particular, the call aims to coordinate efforts between the food, veterinary and human health sectors in order to obtain maximum benefits from the use of whole genome sequence (WGS) and read across methodologies for microbial and chemical food safety, respectively.
