In the service of the environment

With the Project CO2USE – Utilization of CO2 from flue gas by photosynthetic biomass – the institute of Environmental Biotechnology got into the final round of the competition for the Energy Globe Award Austria.

This year, at the beginning of June the Energy Globe Awards Austria in the categories "Earth", „Fire“, "Sustainable Plastics", "Air" as well as "Water" were assigned.

The lucky winner of the award in the category “Sustainable Plastics” was the CO2USE-research team.
