Reinhard Steurer from the Institute of Forest, Environment and Resource Policy has been awarded with the „Harold D. Lasswell Prize” for the best article in the journal “Policy Sciences” in 2013.

The article highlights how state regulation has been complemented by regulation through non-state actors (“governance”) in sustainable development.
