Patent Search for Beginners

A first introduction in patent search for PHDs and Postdocs. Sign up - limited participation of 12 persons!

In addition to literature research, patent research is an essential tool for avoiding duplication of research, since many company developments are only published in the context of patent applications.

Building on the foundations for patents and research in patent databases, the hands-on research of examples on the PC and the accompaniment of individual participants in the search form the core of the event.
Limited participation of 12 persons - participation only possible for members of viennese universities. The lectures will be held in english.
