Cultural Diversity

Cultural diversity in study and research is in the focus of many universities and companies in Austria and in every corner of the world as it enhances understanding for existing similarities and tolerance for differences between human beings. It ought to bring humans closer together. In this emerging world where differences should be respected, how do we deal with cultural and communication differences, in particular if they are affecting us in a negative way?
