This new Master Innovation Dairy Chain Management (ICDM) is developed by Van Hall Larenstein, as part of the educational program of Dairy Campus. Dairy Campus is an initiative of Wageningen University and Research Centre in Leeuwarden in the North of the Netherlands.

The Master ICDM is unique due to the focus on the entire (international) dairy chain. Providing a reliable and sufficient volume of quality milk with a fair share for all chain stakeholders from field to table is central to this Master.  Graduates of this Master will become ‘facilitators of change’, they will facilitate changes that can lead to increased governance of, and efficiency and sustainability in the entire chain. This innovative Master places a high value on sustainability. Furthermore, the study programme will make use of cases from dairy countries with a high reputation (e.g. the Netherlands and New Zealand) as well as from countries in transition (e.g. China and India).
