Survey for assessing the status of Food Science & Technology and Food Engineering
In preparation for the coming 31st EFFoST meeting at Sitges, Spain, a survey was prepared for assessing the status of Food Science & Technology (FST) and Food Engineering (FE). Its overall aim is to identify current main professional challenges and opportunities.
The outcome of this survey will furnish the basis for a presentation at the convention. The time needed to complete the questionnaire is less than 10 min. The responses are completely anonymous.
