Full scholarship for a PhD in Australia organized by CIRAD, France

We are looking for a young brilliant PhD candidate with potential for a full scholarship in Australia, in Microbial Science relating to soil science and plantation commodities such as palm oil, hevea etc.

Requirements: non Australian citizen and really fluent in  English (TOEFL or Ielts proved)

The proposal has to be built with the candidate before July.
