FooD-STA "HANDS-ON TRAINING on "BAKING TECHNOLOGY" , May or June 2017 in Asten, Austria – application deadline 20.1.2017
Within the FooD-STA project we are going to organize a "Hands-on Training on baking technology".
The training will be conducted in English at the company Backaldrin in Asten/Austria .
directions: reachable by shuttle transfer from Airport Linz, or from Airports Vienna or Salzburg by train to Linz and then shuttle transfer
duration: half day theory, 2.5 days practical work
date: May or June 2017, to be decided after we know the number of participants
content: from raw materials to final products, learning from mistakes: different products: Austrian breads, croissants, fried products
target group (limited to 15 people): preferable university teachers (cereal technology), food professionals working in cereal technology, master/PhD students
costs: travel + about 300€ for accomodation and food (depending on number of persons)
