The workshop is the final event of the 2-year project REFLEX and has been included in the official list of events organised under the Slovak Presidency of the Council of the European Union.

The aim of the workshop is to introduce the results of the REFLEX project and to encourage further involvement of different European level stakeholders and actors in common dialogue on career development of researchers. The workshop will combine interactive group sessions that should enable the exchange among all participants with speeches and panel discussions aiming to draw the attention to the perspectives of particular stakeholders groups, especially researchers, their employers and research policy makers.
