Earl Fry, Brigham Young University in discussion with Heinz Gärtner, Austrian Institute for International Affairs

The United States is in the midst of a presidential election campaign.  The leading candidates for both the Democrats and Republicans have expressed reservations about new trade agreements.  Are these stances merely a part of electioneering or do they represent a major change of sentiment on the part of U.S. political leaders and Americans in general?  How may the EU be affected by this election year in the United States?
