6th summer school of Food Hygiene of the Veterinary and Pharmaceutical University Brno, Czech Republic, 7th July till 4th August 2016

The course welcomes undergraduate and doctoral students who want to extend their practical and theoretical skills and knowledge in the area of milk and meat hygiene and technology, food quality and safety.
