International Staff Training Week for Support Services Staff – VALENCIA, 9.-13. March 2015
A unique Job Shadowing and Training Event for Support Services Staff ( welcome services, room management, info box, post services,caretakers, recepcionists, concierges, janitors, groundkeepers, Hausmeister, maintenance officers, portiers, facility managers,...)
Small work groups are created along the scheduled activities. Sessions involve applied language and IT training, specific job shadowing (welcome services, room management, post services, academic information and web resources), topic-oriented seminars, and technical visits.
Upon completing the course, participants will have strengthened their communication and team-work skills, and increased their competence in the management of University Support Services tasks.

The event lasts 25 hours, divided into five hours of work sessions per day
(Monday-Friday, 08:30 – 14:30).
Prof. Vicente Castell, Head of International Relations ETSIAMN. Coaches and Lecturers are qualified Staff and Faculty from different UPV Schools and Departments.
Fees: 200 € per person.
Travel, living and accommodation expenses
Participants are expected to obtain Erasmus+ Staff Mobility grants from their home Institutions.
