The event will get teaching and non-teaching staff from all over Europe together so as to strengthen our networks and exchange ideas. A rich program is waiting for our guests:

Thematic workshops
for sharing knowledge, skills and experience. We have organized six interesting internationalization themes and will provide expert-presenters for each of them.

Teaching staff and non-teaching staff exchange
to fulfill your teaching and learning requirement of at least 8 hours.  We will link you up with adequate contact persons from our departments or administrative units so that you can participate in their classes and daily work procedures. You will gain insights into their labs, into our organizational structure and work routines.

Erasmus fair
to promote your own university to our staff and students. Our guests will each present their university and thus encourage interested people to go and visit your campus for a long or short term placement.

Free-time activities
exploring German language and culture, German culinary delights, Darmstadt, the “city of science”,  and the metropolitan Rhein-Main region.

There is no participation fee. You can receive staff mobility funding to cover for your travel and accommodation costs through your university’s Erasmus funds. In case you are interested in participating, please contact DI Katrin Hasenhündl for further information on funding regulations at BOKU: katrin.hasenhuendl(at)boku.ac.at
