The TOSCA Erasmus mundus project opened an additional call for applications, ONLY for PHD student scholarships, with an application deadline of June 25th, 2014:

Eligible countries include: Kazachstan, Kyrgystan, Uzbekistan,Turkmenistan, Tajikistan
•    Applicants of TG1 (=members of the TOSCA Consortium)  can apply for  up to 10 months studies - applicants must   have  MA degree and  be registered/enrolled as PhD students at TOSCA II partner  university and at the time of studies abroad (start between September and December  2014) still be students  of PhD course at their  home university
•    Applicants of TG2 (Form any other university in the TOSCA partner countries) can apply for  up to 18 months studies  -  applicants must  have  MA degree and  be registered/enrolled as PhD students  at a Central Asian  university not belonging to TOSCA II partnership.
