The Alternative Nobel Prize winner Hans Herren is at a conference in Vienna and also takes time for a short visit at BOKU. The "Breakfast" takes place at February 23th from 9-11am at SR06 (Schwackhöferhaus). Dr. Hans Herren , president of the Millennium Institute ( Washington, DC ) , Chairman of the Foundation Biovision and Co - Chair of the IAASTD ( IAASTD ) will not hold a traditional lecture. The two hours are to be filled by audience questions.

Der Alternativnobelpreisträger Hans Herren ist anlässlich einer Konferenz in Wien und nimmt sich auch Zeit für einen kurzen Besuch der BOKU. Das "Frühstück" mit Hans Herren findet am 23ten Februar von 9:00-11:00 im SR06 (Schwackhöferhaus) statt. Dr. Hans Herren, Präsident des Millennium Institute (Washington, D.C.), Stiftungsratspräsident von Biovision und Co-Chair des Weltagrarberichts (IAASTD), wird keinen klassischen Vortrag halten. Die zwei Stunden sollen durch Publikumsfragen gefüllt werden.

For those who are studying Environmental Engineering at Boku and want to get to know other people from this branch of study , but also for all other students: The semester opening party takes place on Thursday , February 25th at Exnerhaus in the Herbarium and starts at 5pm until 10pm. There will be beer, wine, juices and small snacks. For music and party lights is also taken care of.

Für alle, die Kulturtechnik und Wasserwirtschaft and der Boku studieren und Leute aus diesem Studienzweig kennen lernen wollen, aber auch für alle anderen Studierende gibt es am Donnerstag, den 25ten Februar eine Opening Party. Sie findet im Exnerhaus im Herbarium statt und startet um 17:00-22:00. Es wird Bier, Wein, Spritzer, Säfte, und kleine Snacks geben. With the UBRM semester opening party an epic summer semester starts. A magnificent evening will take place and the summer semester will be greeted with good mood and super beats! There are street food, beer & spritzer, a UBRM merch stand, starting from 9pm plays Symbiotika and then DJ LXSZW. ------------ Für diejenigen, die Umwelt und Bioressourcenmanagement studieren, aber auch für jene, die einfach Party machen wollen: Am Freitag, den 26ten Februar findet im TÜWI ab 19:00 die UBRM Semester Opening Party statt. Mit der UBRM Semester Opening Party startet ein episches Sommersemester. Es steht ein prächtiger Abend bevor, an dem das Sommersemester mit guter Stimmung und super Beats begrüßt wird! Es gibt Street Food, einen Bier & Spritzer Stand, einen UBRM Merch Stand, ab 21:00 spielt SYMBIOTIKA und danach DJ LXSZW.
