International Weeks werden von BOKU Partneruniversitäten organisiert, wobei BOKU Angehörige teilnehmen können. Das Programm ist meist über eine Woche und zu bestimmten Themen (Sprachkurs, IT Kurs, Bibliothekarskurs,....). Die Kosten der An-/Abreise, sowie Unterkunft werden von der BOKU (EU Gelder) gedeckt => siehe Erasmus+ Personal Mobilität.

Die Webseite entstand im Rahmen eines (LLP-) Erasmus zentralen Projekts des UNICA Netzwerks (IMOTION project - Integration and Promotion of Staff Training Courses at Universities across Europe).

Staff Training week in Aarhus, Denmark Topic: mobility, motivation and employability at the Aahrus University, from October 1 to 4

The AU Staff Training Week 2018 will take place from 1 to 4 October 2018. This year's theme will be: "Mobility, Motivation and Employability - how to enhance the international student experience before, during and after the mobility".

The AU Staff Training Week is an opportunity to discuss how to motivate students to go abroad and what measures to take to prevent them from cancelling their exchange, e.g. by using behavioural design. How students can use the skills and competences they have gained during their exchange to boost their employability, how to extend a warm welcome to new incoming exchange students will also be addressed. Places: 30-35 participants.

“Synergies between IROs and scientific staff in HEI’s as a key factor in their international development” - to take an innovative approach to the Erasmus staff week by inviting pairs of IRO and scientists from partner universities. The ESA staff week will be an occasion to both raise consciousness of the importance of these IRO - scientific staff synergies to further sustainable international development and to benefit from each of their experiences. The Erasmus staff week will be held during ESA’s celebrations of its 120th birthday this October.
