ERA-Net SusCrop: Call for research proposals
The ERA-NET-Cofund on Sustainable Crop Production (SusCrop) is a new ERA-Net Cofund under Horizon 2020 that announced the first transnational Call in the field of sustainable crop production with a deadline for pre-proposals on 040418 and full proposals on 310818.
The submitted proposals must be multidisciplinary and should address at least one of the following topics:
- Enhancement of predictive breeding technologies and development of new genotypes leading to new phenotypes and crop varieties for improvement of plant health, protection, production and resilience
- Development and exploitation of novel integrated pest and crop management methods and practices
- Improvement of resource-use efficiency of crops and cropping systems
- Systemic research on agricultural crops as part of an ecosystem including interactions between plants and other organisms (“the plant as a meta-organism”)

They come from: DE, FR, NO, IE, TK, EE, UK, PL, BE, FI, LV, NL, ES, AT, DK, IT, RO, HU and CAN. Please read the National Annex from your country to see if there are any restrictions you need to follow.
EPSO is official observer in the SusCrop-ERA-NET, similar as in the ERA-CAPS.
