introduction to the history of Hallstatt
Thursday: whole day: talks and poster sessions
This day
should give you the opportunity to visit interesting
places in Hallstatt as
well as to relax a little bit and have
interesting discussions. Within the
excursion you will
have the possibility to visit the oldest wooden staircase
at
the Bronze Age salt mine of Hallstatt in small groups
together with the
responsible archaeologist.
Guided
tours through the village of Hallstatt, the prehistoric
museum of Hallstatt as
well as a guided hiking walk at the
Salzberg are also possible.
Saturday: whole day: talks and poster seesion
Evening:
Closing ceremony
Sunday: 07:30 Departure of the busses
