Presentation

The oral presentations are scheduled for 15 minutes talk and 5 minutes discussion. A LCD-projector (video beamer) in combination with a big screen is available. The files have to be uploaded prior the presentations at our notebooks. As we are expecting some troubles, please do not use Office 2007. If you need a slide projector, please contact us.
Chairman/ladies will strictly check the time of your presentation.
Poster presentation:
The poster should not exceed the A0-format (840 x 1188 mm) in portrait. We will provide material for mounting. The poster should be mounted as soon as possible (Wednesday evening), and will stay up to the end of the conference. The poster presentations are in the same building like the oral presentations.
The poster should be presented oral within one minute using a single page of an overhead slide (no video beamer). Try to outline your topic and your major results within this single minute. Afterwards, there will be a poster presentation. That means, the authors are asked to stay in front of their posters for some discussion with interested people.
The program will be fixed within the next days and send again per e-mail (as well as posted at the homepage).
