Objective (expected results of study and acquired competences)

1) apply the FAO soil description manual in competent manner to real soil profiles
2) recall soil morphological features and comprehend soil processes relevant for the classification of soils according to WRB
3) recall major soil groups and the principles of their classification according to WRB
4) Apply the WRB classification system to real soil profiles and soil data
