This seminar will deal with the following topics under intensive active participation of the students: description of European national and international authorities and agencies for food safety, regulatory basis of the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA)^

After successful completion of the course, the students know about the basic work and responsibilities of European national and international authorities or agencies for food safety.
