Objective (expected results of study and acquired competences)

The students will have a deeper unterstanding of packaging technology basics under consideration of the requirements on quality assurance for food products. The students have knowledge of the important scopes in food companies concerning packaging, as they are part of functions of QA-responsible persons and of operations manager.
