Content

Most scientists concerned with foresights expect significant changes over the coming decades. However, there is a wide spectrum regarding the character of the changes, the triggering factors, the consequences of the changes and when they can be expected. This lecture will take a look at these "problems bigger than self".

Objective (expected results of study and acquired competences)

Students are aware of essential global developments in the world and have an understanding of some methods to address future developments. They understand the value of foresights and their limitations.
