The exercises are complementary to the lecture part (course 851109). They allow a repetition and deepening of the methods through detailed calculation examples, which are presented in “digestible” units. In addition the methods are practiced by means of statistics-coach examples and home exercises, which are provided through BOKU learn.

Students shall be able to apply the statistical methods of the lecture part to concrete examples, to evaluate given data sets (also using statistical software), and to interpret the results in a correct way.
