First, you have to apply at your home university for a CEEPUS scholarship. See: www.ceepus.info
If you are nominated for a CEEPUS scholarship you have to apply at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences Vienna  (BOKU).
 


Application at www.ceepus.info:

15 June for applicants for the winter semester and academic year
31 October for summer semester candidates
30 November for Freemover


Application to BOKU

If your application was accepted by the austrian NCO you are in the status "awarded mobilites". Click on the Button to accept the mobility. You have the status "accepted by applicant" now. Fill in the BOKU application form:

You have to send the application form via mail or by post to the CEEPUS coordinator

A registration at BOKU is possible within the admission period:

For the Winter semester (October-January): until November 30

For the Summer semester (end of February-end of June): until April 30

Admission is only possible within this period. It is not possible to register at BOKU after this dates.

A full semester load corresponds to 30 ECTS. A minimum of 16 ECTS is recommended.

Language requirements according to the Common European Framework of languages:

For students at Bachelor level: German language skills at level B2

For students at Master's level: German or English language skills at level B2.

Language certificates can be provided as listed in the transcript of records, official confirmation by the exchange coordinator of the home university or language test certificate.
