EQUIPMENT:

Structure elucidation of unknown compounds and mixtures as well as the confirmation of identity and purity of products or their intermediates is the main use of high resolution NMR in chemisty.

The BRUKER AVANCE(TM) DPX line of spectrometers is the configuration specifically tailored for these needs. It meets the highest standards e.g. in magnet homogeneity and instrumental stability to allow routine application of even the most advanced indirect detection, gradient and 2-D techniques with their extraordinary time savings.
For this same reason the DPX is used in pure research environments as well as in highly automated routine "high throughput" laboratories.

The AVANCE(TM) DPX Philosphy: Reliable and user friendly NMR spectrometer Easy to use due to predefined experiments Digital NMR Philosophy Highest possible sensitivity and stability for demanding research applications Built-in, pretested micro-programs for complex NMR experiments Fuly networkable AVANCE(TM) DPX Features: Digital Lock Oversampling Digital Filtering Digital Signal Processors Digital Signal Routing Multi-Link(TM) Preamplifiers UNIX Workstation Computer X-11 Windows and MOTIF Two RF Channels Standard GRASP II (optional) CPMAS (optional)
